Personal superintelligence, made truly personal and private.
An open letter to Mark Zuckerberg and the Meta team, from long-term Meta shareholders and genuine admirers of the mission. Meta Superintelligence Labs named the goal β personal superintelligence. Muse Spark shipped it, and shipped it closed. Here is our proposal for how π€« Private Agent One makes it truly personal and private β on the hardware each human owns, by consent, with a receipt β and how the Hussh factory line can help industrialize the compute the whole bet depends on.
Written from public information, by Meta shareholders. A proposal in pursuit β not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or investment by Meta.
Meta set the mission. We make it private.
Meta Superintelligence Labs did something profound: it pointed the whole company at personal superintelligence β intelligence that helps each human in their own life, not a distant abstraction. We believe that is exactly right.
Then Muse Spark shipped closed-weights β Meta's first frontier model without open weights since Llama 2. A reasonable move for a frontier lab. But it sharpens one question above all: if the model is closed, how does the person stay in control of their own intelligence and their own data?
That is the question π€« Private Agent One was built to answer β a human-controlled, on-device agent that runs on the systems the person owns, holds their real context, and shares it only by explicit consent, with a tamper-evident receipt. Meta's mission, made truly personal and private. The human wins first β and because they win, so does Meta.
Meta's business, honestly.
You cannot align with a company you do not understand. Meta reaches civilizational scale, monetizes almost entirely through advertising, and is now betting enormously on AI, on owned edge devices, and on the compute to power both. Every figure is public and approximate.
Share of Meta's revenue that is advertising (~$196B of ~$201B in FY2025). Relevance and signal quality are the entire engine.
People who use a Meta app every day, March 2026 β Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Threads.
Meta's 2026 capital-expenditure guidance, raised mid-year β steered overwhelmingly into AI infrastructure and compute.
The messaging and business-commerce layer β where Meta Business Agent already handles 10M+ conversations a week.
Annual revenue run-rate for Meta's end-to-end AI ad tools (Advantage+) β relevance is already an AI business.
Production Meta and EssilorLuxottica are targeting after AI-glasses sales tripled to 7M+ in 2025 β the owned edge device.
What Meta is trying to accomplish.
Personal superintelligence
Meta Superintelligence Labs' stated north star: not a distant lab AGI, but intelligence that helps each person in their own life. This is the exact ground π€« stands on.
Muse, the new model line
Muse Spark (Apr 2026) and Muse Spark 1.1 β Meta's strongest agentic and coding model β plus Muse Image. A generational step beyond the Llama stack, with Instant / Thinking / Contemplating (parallel sub-agents) modes.
Agentic AI, everywhere
Personal agents and business agents across the Family of Apps and into AI coding β Meta racing to put capable, tool-using agents in every user's and every business's hands.
The glasses as the next computer
Ray-Ban Display + the Neural Band (EMG wristband, in-lens display) β an owned, on-face edge device. The personal-agent surface Meta is betting the next decade on.
AI infrastructure at nation scale
Gigawatt-class data centers and $100B+ capex. The binding constraint on all of the above is power, cooling, and compute β sited, built, and paid for.
Business messaging & commerce
WhatsApp Business, click-to-message ads, Advantage+, and agentic checkout β turning billions of conversations into consented commerce.
Muse, the glasses, and the pivot to closed.
Muse Spark & Muse Spark 1.1
Meta Superintelligence Labs' first flagship (Apr 8 2026) and its 1.1 update β Meta's strongest model for agentic and coding work yet. Natively multimodal, tool-using, with multi-agent orchestration. Notably shipped closed-weights, API-only β a real departure from open Llama.
The strategic pivot to closed
Muse Spark is Meta's first frontier model without open weights since Llama 2. That choice raises the very question π€« exists to answer: if the model is closed, how does the person stay in control of their own intelligence and data? Answer: run it on hardware they own, under their consent.
Muse Image + the coding push
Muse Image (Jul 2026) extends the line to generation, and Meta has entered the AI-coding market directly. The toolchain is maturing fast β a strong runtime partner for developer and agent workloads.
Ray-Ban Display + Neural Band
A full-color in-lens display and an EMG wristband that reads muscle signals β an owned personal-agent surface. Sales through EssilorLuxottica more than tripled in 2025; waitlists ran into 2026.
The team carrying the mission.
We start from the people, and the mandate each one carries. This is our respectful reading of public roles and public priorities β so that any partnership makes each of their jobs easier, not harder.
Mark Zuckerberg
Founder & CEO
Own the personal-superintelligence era the way he owned social and mobile β product-first, long-horizon, all-in on AI and glasses. Wants Meta to define the category, not rent it.

Turn all of it into a business β ads, commerce, and business messaging at global scale, with signal quality under real regulatory pressure.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook β and the Marketplace.
Where π€« Private Agent One makes Meta's core products measurably better β relevance from consented signal, and commerce that ends in a local doorstep, agent-to-agent.
Instagram & Facebook feed
Relevance is everything, but signal is getting harder β cookie loss, privacy rules, guesswork.
A person's π€« Agent One shares consented, first-party interests β a receipted signal, chosen by the human β so the feed gets truly relevant instead of inferred.
The person sees what they actually want. Meta gets cleaner, durable, honestly-earned signal.
Ads relevance & Advantage+
Ad ROI depends on targeting quality in a signal-loss world.
Consented intent from Agent One raises match quality without surveillance β the human grants the exact signal, with a tamper-evident receipt.
Higher-intent ads at lower waste β better for advertiser, person, and Meta.
One-click purchase β local delivery
An ad sparks intent; fulfilment is slow and disconnected.
Direct ads to one-tap purchase, then a person's Agent One reaches a local business's π€« Agent to deliver in 15, 30, or 60 minutes β powered by the π€« Yellow Pages of local, hyper-local agents.
Ad β owned β delivered, locally, agent-to-agent, by consent.
WhatsApp & Meta Business Agent
Meta Business Agent already handles 10M+ business conversations a week β the commerce layer is here.
Open agent rails (MCP, A2A, AP2) let a person's Agent One transact with a business's agent on WhatsApp β checkout, support, reorder β on the person's terms.
Conversations become consented commerce, agent-to-agent, at Meta's scale.
An AI factory line for Meta's build-out.
Every priority above runs into the same wall β power, cooling, and compute. Meta is answering it with gigawatt-class campuses like Prometheus in Ohio and Hyperion in Louisiana, and $125β145B of 2026 capex. The Hussh line is built to complement it: a distributed edge grid across American πΊπΈ garages and warehouses, sited where the sun is most abundant and the air is coldest, so cooling is nearly free and the cost per watt is the lowest possible β dense enough to serve the ever-present demand for burst compute.
π€« Puppy One
The personal supercomputer β a private Agent One node the human owns. Millions of them are a distributed edge grid.
π€« Garage One
Puppy One, scaled into a garage β the smallest unit of an American AI factory, on Starlink, owner-operated.
π€« Warehouse One
A warehouse of compute that takes burst load off the sold-out cloud and edge grid, earning its owner revenue.
π€« Factory One
AI-factory industrialization across America πΊπΈ β sited where the sun is abundant and the air is cold, so cooling is nearly free and the cost per watt is the lowest on earth.
Build. Interoperate. Supply compute. Invest.
Personal superintelligence, made private
Bring Muse to the Agent One runtime across Apple, Android, ChromeOS, Edge, and Puppy One β and onto Ray-Ban Display as a private, owner-operated agent surface. Meta's mission, run on the person's own hardware.
A consented-signal standard
On open rails (MCP, A2A, AP2, UCP), a way for a person's Agent One to grant receipted, first-party signal that lifts feed and ad relevance β while ownership and control stay with the human.
The Hussh AI-factory line
Garage, Warehouse, and Factory One as a distributed, solar-cooled edge grid β burst compute for Meta's workloads at the lowest cost per watt, sited across American communities.
Aligned as shareholders
We already own Meta and believe in the mission. As the model proves out, a strategic capital and partnership relationship β ally, and in time partner and investor β in a consent-first data economy.
Value is created with people, not taken from them.
Any alignment with Meta has to make the human demonstrably better off β more ownership, more control, more benefit β or it is not worth doing. That is the version of this partnership we will build toward, and the only version we will ship. We are Meta shareholders and long-term believers, and we would be proud to build it with you.
Three ways to take the next step.
How One integrates, surface by surface
For your engineers: the exact integration, the consent contract, and a 90-day pilot plan β transparent enough to build yourselves.
An open invitation to Mark Zuckerberg
Invest early in π€« β the consent-first, human-owned layer that makes Meta's AI worth more.
Meta Γ One β the alignment deck
Make Facebook Ads the best on Earth, with WhatsApp Business, creators, Muse Spark, and glasses β by putting the human at the center.
