The Countdown to September 27

There is a date on our wall: September 27, 2026. It is the day we are working toward, and starting tonight we are counting down to it in the open. This is the story of what we are building, why now, and how you can be part of it today - for free, or for a refundable sixty-nine cents.

Intelligence should belong to the person

For most of the last decade, the most powerful software in your life was built to do two things: hold your attention and hold your data. It got very good at both. What it was not built to do was answer to you. The intelligence understood you, but it was owned by someone else.

We think that has it backwards. The person at the center should own the intelligence that understands them: the agent, the data, the hardware, the knowledge. Not rented. Not surveilled. Owned. That single idea is the reason 🤫 hussh exists, and it is the reason we picked a date and started building toward it publicly.

Why now

Two things changed at once. Intelligence got good enough to genuinely handle a life - the bills, the plans, the people, the building - and the hardware got small enough and capable enough that it can run for one person, in one home, on hardware that person owns. When both of those are true at the same time, the honest question stops being “can we do this?” and becomes “who gets to own it?” We want the answer to be: you do.

What is coming on September 27

Three things that work together and answer only to you:

  • 🤫 Agent One - a private agent that works for you around the clock, learns your life with your consent, and gets things done on your behalf. It is free for life, and you can start today.
  • 🤫 Puppy One - the personal supercomputer. The compute that understands your life, living with you instead of in someone else's cloud, built on best-in-class partner hardware.
  • 🤫 Tag One - a small safety wearable to help you keep the people you love close. To be clear and honest: 🤫 Tag One is not a medical device, and is not meant to diagnose or treat anything.

Underneath all three is the Hushh Protocol: consent first, always. Your data lives in a vault you own, shared only with your explicit consent, with a receipt for every access. Understanding you is only safe if you stay in control of what that understanding is used for. You hold the keys. The agent does the work.

Building in the open

We are not going to disappear for a year and then surprise you. We are building this in public - documenting every release honestly, showing the roadmap, and telling you what changed and why. The countdown is not a marketing stunt. It is an invitation to watch the thing get made, and to tell us where we are wrong. Candor is a feature here, not an accident.

How to reserve or start free today

You do not have to wait for September 27 to begin. Two doors are open right now:

  • Start free. Meet 🤫 Agent One at /one and get it at /one/download. Free for life.
  • Reserve your place. Hold your spot in line toward September 27 for $0.69, fully refundable, at /pchp. Explore the hardware first at /one/puppy and /one/tag.

That is the whole invitation. Own your intelligence. Keep your people close. Start for free, or hold your place for pocket change. We will see you at the countdown - and, on September 27, at the launch.

Through the Wall of Worry

An honest, optimistic essay about the anxiety of the AI transition, jobs, privacy, control, and trust, and a credible path through it: ownership, consent, transparency, and keeping the human at the center. Confident, not naive.
