FoundingHead of the 🤫 Academy (Train-the-Trainer Lead, L&D)A funded US FTE to build our Learning & Training Academy: a train-the-trainer L&D engine that teaches agentic AI and puts 🤫 Agent One in everyone's hands.→
This is a funded, full-time US role to found and run the 🤫 Academy. You will build a deep, joyful curriculum for personal agentic AI design and development, and a team of experienced, hands-on-the-keyboard train-the-trainers who teach it. Our core technology backbone is Siri AI on-device and Google Cloud Private Cloud Compute (GCP PCC), and our design bible is our own essay, coding like bacteria: small, modular, yoink-able code anyone can learn from. The mission is simple and serious: superpowers, generally available. Knowledge, intelligence, and personal supercomputing should be as available as electricity, clean water, great food, and a safe home, for every American citizen first and for everyone who wants to learn. You will run the Academy as a franchise business model, so local product specialists and forward-deployed engineering training grow from the grass roots, and graduates earn real certifications by completing the tracks and shipping one genuinely useful working agent into an Agent One Circle of Trust.
What you'll do
- ▸Found the 🤫 Academy: curriculum, certifications, capstone (ship one working agent into a Circle of Trust), and the leaderboards people love to compete on
- ▸Hire and coach train-the-trainers at every level, from 9th and 10th graders who love to teach and learn, to teachers, coaches, professionals, PhD students, and professors
- ▸Build the franchise model and operator playbook so the Academy can open in any town and install 🤫 Agent One at grassroots scale
- ▸Teach personal agentic AI design and development hands-on, on Siri AI on-device and GCP PCC, with coding like bacteria as the bible
- ▸Stand up forward-deployed engineering training so graduates can implement for real households and businesses, with the human always in control
- ▸Hire at the best talent for the best price, and build human connection, relationships, rewarding work, and great performance into the program
Minimum requirements
- ▸A builder-coach who loves to teach, learn, and ship at the same time, and who has trained trainers before
- ▸Hands-on agentic AI design and development, ideally on Apple/Siri on-device and Google Cloud (PCC)
- ▸Curriculum and L&D chops: you can turn a hard skill into a path a teenager and a professor both finish
- ▸Comfort building a franchise/operator model and the relationships that make it spread
- ▸Warmth, candor, and a genuine belief that superpowers should be generally available
Success metrics - what winning looks like
- ✓Learners enrolled and certifications earned, across every level from 9th graders to professors
- ✓Working agents shipped into Agent One Circles of Trust by graduates
- ✓Academy franchises opened and 🤫 Agent One installs driven from the grass roots

Apply →FoundingChief Revenue Officer (CRO)Own revenue and adoption end to end. Land and grow the world's largest companies and governments.→
We're building the revenue and marketing function from first principles, and you'll own it. As CRO you own two numbers - revenue and adoption - and the whole motion that drives them: pipeline, pilots, design partnerships, expansion, and the marketing engine that feeds them. You can walk into the largest enterprises and governments on earth, find the budget and the aligned decision-makers, and move. You can start a $250K design partnership in your sleep on the strength of a relationship, stand up $2.5M-$25M pilots, and grow strategic accounts toward $250M in annual revenue. You've done this where the money, the budget, and the decision-makers actually are.
What you'll do
- ▸Own revenue and adoption as the two metrics the function lives and dies by
- ▸Build the GTM motion end to end: design partnerships → pilots → strategic expansion
- ▸Land $250K design partnerships on relationship and trust; stand up $2.5M-$25M pilots; grow accounts toward $250M ARR
- ▸Sell to the CEO/CIO/CTO and agency leadership at the world's largest companies, banks, and governments
- ▸Hire and lead the sales, marketing, and RevOps team; install the operating cadence and forecasting discipline
- ▸Partner with product and forward-deployed engineering so what we sell, we can deliver

- ▸A track record of multi-million-dollar pilots and eight/nine-figure strategic accounts - closed, not just sourced
- ▸Fluency selling AI value as ROI (hockey-stick adoption), not features
- ▸Operator's rigor: pipeline, forecasting, and adoption metrics you actually own
- ▸Integrity and candor - we win in the open, on the merits (everything but a crook)
Success metrics - what winning looks like
- ✓Revenue vs plan, and forecast accuracy
- ✓Adoption: active usage and net revenue retention
- ✓Design partnerships landed, $2.5M-$25M pilots stood up, and strategic accounts grown toward $250M

Apply →FoundingFull-Stack Engineer (AI · systems · data · UX-first)Rockstar full-stack engineers who are AI-, systems-, data-, and user-experience-first - all at once.→
We need a few rockstar full-stack engineers who refuse to pick a lane. You think in systems and data, you build AI into the core (not bolted on), and you sweat the user experience like it's the whole product - because it is. You'll build 🤫 Agent One end to end: the agent runtimes and tools, the data and consent layer (PCHP), the edge/on-device runtime, and the interfaces a six-year-old and a grandmother both find obvious. Small, modular, yoink-able code - bacterial by default, a eukaryotic backbone only where complexity truly demands it.
What you'll do
- ▸Build Agent One features end to end - from data and agent runtime to a UX that feels inevitable
- ▸Make AI a first-class material: tools, memory, evals, and the consent layer underneath
- ▸Design data systems that are fast, private, and correct - receipts, least privilege, minimal disclosure
- ▸Obsess over latency, accuracy, and control; instrument outcomes so we don't fool ourselves

Success metrics - what winning looks like
- ✓Features shipped that move activation and weekly-active retention
- ✓Latency, accuracy, and quality budgets met
- ✓Code others reuse; low defect and regression rate

The next way people live with their agent is hands-free: on glasses, on the watch, in the headset.
